Let's Play Tag!

OoOOohh... so I've been TAGGED. How nice of Lion3ss to deem me as the fairest of them all, thus making me the most worthy of the sacred schhhtickk. *Hehehe.. don't be jealous!*

So, here goes:

1. What is the total amount of music files on your computer?

What?? What music files? What are you talking about? So you can actually download songs into your PC? Is it free? What's the website? What kind of hardware do you need? Most importantly, how do you do that?

Hmm.. so, obviously I have none.

Ookayyy... so I'm the OTHER kind of geek. NOT the techno-wise type. Alright?

*Woodster honey, we really need to talk about internet connections at home.*

2. The CD you last bought?

OK, this one's easy. It's "Allow Us To Be Frank" by Westlife. Cool easy listening songs. A definite must if you need a little pick-me-up or to de-stress yourself.

3. What was the last song you sang to before reading this message?

Hmm... I know it's gonna sound very lame, but I was listening to a Japanese CD. It's a collection of soundtracks from popular animes.

Can't recall the singer, but the song is called "Dame!" from the series Rurouni Kenshin (or Samurai X as they call it here on AXN).

Yeah, I'm THAT dorky. But I tell you, Japanese songs best tau. And the melodies, fuuhh.. you can definitely layan... Hehehehe.

4. Write down five songs that you often sing to or that mean a lot to you.

Hmmm.. a toughie. But if I can strictly only choose 5, they would be:

a. Belaian Jiwa - Innuendo
Have loved this song since I was in Form 5. Until now. It's a constant cause of headache to Woodster. Will sing it whenever and wherever I hear it. Was dedicated to me by my best friend in high school.
Loved it so much, I played it and recorded it into the school's electric piano's memory slot. Has probably been deleted now since, well, it WAS school property.

b. The Actor - MLTR
The first ever song that Woodster sang to me. This was way before we left for the States. We were still in Malaysia, still in the foundation program, preparing for our SATs.
One day while studying together in the classroom, he turned to me and sang me the chorus. Just the chorus; he didn't know the rest. But damn, it was very romantic :). Too bad the pakcik guard had to come by and check up on us. Kacau daun betul (busybody!).

c. Back At One - Brian McKnight
How can a romantic like me NOT love this song? And the video clip, OHH! Cairnya aku... (melts me away, man!)... The first time I saw it, I cried. Yep. A romantic fool. That's me :).

d. Stay The Same - Joey McIntyre
Very simple yet meaningful lyrics. I promise I will post them here one of these days. If you feel down and worthless, you need to listen to this. It'll make you fall in love with yourself over and over again. Hehe.
Not a good choice for those with a very vain heart. But still, you gotta love it.

e. Walking Away - Craig David
Oooohhhh... Craig David sounds sooooo HANDSOME in this song! I mean, he IS handsome in real life, but somehow, this song makes him sound even MORE yummy. Weird, innit? How can a SONG make someone SOUND handsome huh?

OK, that's 5 if I really, really have to choose only 5. But, if I get to cheat, here are some more:

f. All My Love - KCi & Jojo
What can I say? I'm a hopeless romantic. Heh. Oh, but the piano is really good too. Damn fluid. And smoooooth. One of my favourite plays (but I can't play it as well laaa kay, so don't ask hehe..)

g. End of The Road - Boyz II Men
A favourite choice during break-ups. Or fights. Whichever one. Allows you to maximize your jiwang-ness (mushy-ness). The harmony's well, very harmonic. It's good. And Boyz II Men is one of my favourite artists.

h. Let's Get It Started - Black Eyed Peas
Not quite sure why I like it, but I find this song very appealing. My head bops when I listen to it. Bops really hard, mind you! Irregardless whether I'm in the office or not. My colleagues can only stare. My boss shakes her head in disapproval. It's so catchy, it's too bad for me.

i. Kaulah Segalanya - Ruth Sahanaya
One of the only songs, whose high notes I can actually reach! My vocals are limited to the middle range - it can't reach the very low or the very high keys. But this song, it stretches just high and low enough for me to sing it well from start to finish. Hence, the reason I sing it often! Is it any wonder? Hehehehe..

5. Who are you going to pass this stick to (3 persons) and why?

Hmmm... not sure to whom I should pass it. You're all very dear to me. On the other hand, I don't want to make you waste your time any more than you want to.

So, any takers? Volunteers?

Oklah, I should leave. Now. Just realized that I'm alone in the office. I'm scared shit.

Bye. Night night.
